Any claims made regarding stock availability are correct as of the most recent stock level and are subject to change. If we are unable to provide a certain product, we will contact you as soon as possible by phone or email to let you know and to inform you of any delays.
Tracking of orders.
Please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions you may have regarding the status of your order. As stated in the email confirmation, please keep your Order number close at hand.
If you change your mind, choose the incorrect item, or simply decide to buy a different product elsewhere, there are absolutely no refunds available. We advise you to preview any potential orders very carefully before adding them to your shopping cart and placing your order.
At the moment, PEAKn ships almost everywhere in the world. In order to ship its goods internationally, PEAKn uses DHL Express, but it retains the right to use any other carrier it chooses. On the website, we have an automatic freight calculator that is used to calculate all freight costs.
Australian GST is charged on any purchases made in Australia or goods delivered to an Australian address.
Customs duties and taxes that may be imposed by the importing nation’s customs authorities are the customer’s responsibility to pay.
Within 7 to 14 working days of the order confirmation, PEAKn will make reasonable efforts to arrange for product dispatch. Delivery schedules are established by the selected freight company and can range from 7 to 14 business days. The anticipated delivery dates are merely estimates, and PEAKn is not accountable for them. In the event that the product is not delivered within the previously specified timeframes, PEAKn will not be liable to you for any loss or damage you incur.
As we depend on a third party carrier to provide us with the estimated time and date of delivery, we are unable to guarantee their accuracy. As a result, we will not accept responsibility or liability for any loss, delays, inconveniences, or other damages resulting from our inaccurate estimates of the delivery times and dates.

Threat and title.
When the product leaves our warehouse or store, the DHL Express carrier or another designated carrier acting as the customer’s agent, risk and title in the product pass to you.
Before a product leaves our warehouse or store, PEAKn thoroughly inspects it, and we maintain a digital record of its condition. After an item leaves our warehouse or store, PEAKn disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or other occurrence that may take place.
Any claims, losses, damages, or additional expenses resulting from delivery not being affected as a result are not covered by PEAKn’s liability policy.
Any products left by the carrier that are missing, lost, or damaged are your responsibility.
You may be entitled to legal recourse in Australia under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and other rights under consumer laws that apply in each Australian State and Territory if any product you order is damaged upon arrival or is of subpar quality. You may also be eligible to receive a refund of the product’s purchase price or to have the product repaired or replaced.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds unless the product is defective, significantly different from what was described to you, not performing as intended, in violation of a manufacturer’s warranty or consumer guarantee, or in other cases where a return is mandated by law (referred to as “warranty returns”). When a major failure occurs, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If a minor failure occurs, you are still entitled to a repair or replacement of the goods.
We advise keeping your receipt because we might need it as proof of purchase. For all warranty returns, please get in touch with us directly so we can let you know whether a refund, exchange, repair, or replacement is possible.
Within 24 hours of receiving your order, please email customer service at PEAKn@PEAKnicebath.com if your order is damaged. Transport damage claims might not be honored after that point.
Insurance for transportation.
Perhaps you should upgrade your order to include transport insurance. If you want to do so, send an email to PEAKn@PEAKnicebath.com.Any claims must be submitted directly to the freight carrier.
Cancellations in cases where a deposit has been made.
If you want to guarantee that your order will be produced, PEAKn might agree to accept a down payment from you in some circumstances. You commit to carrying out the terms of the agreement for the sale and supply of our product by making a deposit. Because of this, deposits are completely non-refundable if you decide to cancel your order for any reason.
Before the order is shipped, the entire amount is due. Until the full amount is paid, the items remain the property of PEAKn.
