Prior to processing your order, we will notify you if and when a price change takes place.

To ensure that your order is processed quickly, please make an informed decision before making a purchase and provide i PEAKn with all necessary information. This covers the necessary voltage, desired accessories, desired country plugs, and more.

By making an offer to buy a product from PEAKn through the website at the price listed on the website by:, a contract for the sale and supply of goods may be entered into between you and the company.

Payment choices.
Payment must be made by credit card or direct deposit at the time the purchase order is submitted. MasterCard and Visa are accepted. An additional 3% of the total cost of your order will be charged for credit card payments. For international transfers, there is a $20 flat fee for payments made via direct deposit.

Whenever using a credit card to make a purchase, you represent that you have permission to use the card.

To process online credit card payments, PEAKn utilizes the Stripe payment gateway. Numerous merchants use Stripe to process online credit card transactions, as it offers a risk-free and secure way to collect payments online. On this website, Stripe is used for all secure, fully automated online credit card transactions. Neither PEAKn nor any outside party can see your full credit card number. Payment terms.
For reasons beyond either party’s reasonable control, including but not limited to electronic failure, mechanical, software, computer, or telecommunications, or the omission or failure of third-party website providers or systems, the transmission of your offer or the confirmation of any payment made through an electronic instruction may not be received by us.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PEAKn disclaims any and all responsibility for any loss or damage you may incur, whether direct or indirect, as a result of sending an electronic instruction through the website or for any failure to receive an electronic instruction for any reason.

All completed electronic instructions transmitted or issued through the website may be processed and acted upon by us without further authorization from or consultation with you. We may also treat an electronic instruction as authentic without being obligated to confirm the legitimacy or authority of the individuals issuing or transmitting such electronic instructions.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PEAKn disclaims all liability for any damages or consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) incurred by a user as a result of unauthorized or fraudulent use of a credit card or other form of payment.

Order confirmation.
All purchase orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by PEAKn. Prior to sending you an acceptance email for your purchase order, we will email you to confirm that we have received your order. This will happen once the payment has been received in our database. Before you receive notification of our acceptance of your purchase order, PEAKn reserves the right to reject your purchase order and refund any payments you have already made. We will contact you by phone or email and make arrangements to process a full refund of any payments you have made if we decide not to accept your Order.

For any reason (or no reason), including an error in the advertised price for, or description of, the products on the website, or an error in your Order, PEAKn may accept or reject any offer made by you. This decision will be made in its sole and unfettered discretion.

In the event of price changes or errors, PEAKn may modify prices after giving you a reasonable amount of notice. You have seven (7) days from the time the price increase was announced to cancel the order if PEAKn requests payment for higher prices. .

Risk and title.
When the product leaves our warehouse or store, the DHL Express carrier or another designated carrier acting as the customer’s agent will transfer risk and ownership of the product to you.

Before a product leaves our warehouse or store, PEAKn thoroughly inspects it, and we maintain a digital record of its condition. After an item leaves our warehouse or store, PEAKn disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or other occurrence that may take place.

If delivery is not affected as a result, PEAKn disclaims all liability for any claims, losses, damages, or additional expenses incurred.

Any products left by the carrier that are misplaced, destroyed, or lost are your full responsibility.

Defective goods.
You may have legal rights and remedies in Australia under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and other rights under other consumer laws that apply in each Australian State and Territory, and/or to have the product repaired or replaced or to receive a refund of the price you paid for the product, if any product you order arrives damaged or is not of acceptable quality.

Due to the fact that our products are made to order, we never offer exchanges or refunds unless the product is faulty, significantly different from what was described to you, not performing as intended, in violation of a manufacturer’s warranty or consumer guarantee, or in other situations where a return is mandated by law (referred to as “warranty returns”). If there is a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If the goods are not of acceptable quality but there hasn’t been a major failure, you are still entitled to a repair or replacement of the goods.

We advise that you save your receipt in case we need to see proof of purchase. To find out if a refund, exchange, repair, or replacement is possible for any warranty returns, please get in touch with us directly.

Please get in touch with customer service at PEAKn@PEAKnicebath.com within 24 hours of receiving your order if it arrives damaged. Transport damage claims may no longer be accepted after that point.

Pool conformity.
Ice bath systems, pools, and accessories are produced and distributed byPEAKn, which offers worldwide shipping.

Introduction to the Standard 30 day Warranty.
Products from PEAKn come with a standard one-year warranty. Within a year of the date of purchase, PEAKn guarantees that it will either fix or replace any product it produces or supplies that breaks down under the terms of this warranty. Additionally, PEAKn will provide any part that develops a defect during the course of this warranty at no cost for an additional year; however, labor and transportation costs are not covered during the second year of this warranty coverage.

Compressors, heat exchanger tanks, condenser panels, fans, main circuit boards, and water flow sensors are among the major parts of our TurboCool products for which PEAKn will extend a further limited one-year warranty after the standard 30 day warranty has expired. In the event that any of the above-mentioned components should malfunction within the additional one-year warranty period, PEAKn will replace it at no cost. The labor costs or any other expenses related to removing, replacing, or installing the components covered by this extended warranty are not covered by this warranty. Additionally, the cost of long-term incorrect chemical balance-related damage to Team Recovery Pools and Pods is not covered. Ph levels must be maintained between safe ranges (7.02 and 7.04).

Original owner.
Only the initial buyer is qualified for the warranty. With the exception of PEAKn written permission, this warranty cannot be transferred. Only the nation in which the original owner of the PEAKn product made the purchase or received the product delivery is covered by the warranty. Products from PEAKn that have been imported into another nation might still be protected by this.
